When your form is received, we will review your information and, if need be, make plans to schedule a phone and/or in-person meeting, where we can go over further details regarding the coaching option you are interested in.  Once we are familiar with the type of arrangement you have in mind, we will proceed to draft a no-obligation proposal for you to consider.

If the proposal is agreed upon, we will send your organization an invoice that can be paid with the following forms of payment:
